Healing unfolds slowly … choosing what feels nourishing, supports us on our healing journey.

Guided by curiosity along a path that is rarely linear, trauma-sensitive yoga invites healing to begin by simply noticing — as the body awakens at its own pace, ushering in deeper self-awareness and unexpected shifts that gently unfolds over time.
