Shipping policy

Once your order/purchase has been placed (excl. online sessions), please allow 24 - 48 hours (Monday to Thursday, excluding SA public holidays) for the processing and fulfilment of the order/purchase. 

Being Gentle is committed to wellness, and sometimes life may disrupt our intention to be efficient and prompt.  Please contact us via email if there are any significant delays.  

Your order/purchase will be shipped within 5 - 7 working days.  If there are any delays, we will contact you to inform you.  By using an external courier service, please note that sometimes there may be delays that are out of our control.  We will, however always try to be as efficient as possible.
